The EMC has secured a limited number of rooms at a special rate for EFM participants at the following hotels The Marmara Pera Hotel, The Stories Apart Hotel and The Many Things Apart Hotel. You will receive a special reference code by email to benefit from these rates once you have submitted your registration form. Please make sure to book your accommodation early to avoid disappointment.

The Stories Apart Hotel: 120,- per night

The Many Things Apart Hotel: 100,- per night

With my registration I grant the organisers the right to interview me, to photograph and film and otherwise visually and audiovisually record me in traditional or digital formats. These photographs, films and recordings can be used for promotional purposes, including dissemination on the Internet.

The cancellation of the registration is possible until two weeks before the beginning of the event (5th April 2012). Afterwards we will charge 50% of the participation fee.
