The EMC's seminar on Music Education will focus on how to adapt the UNESCO Seoul Agenda: Goals for the Development of Arts Education for the music sector in Europe. In cooperation with the German UNESCO Commission, the seminar will examine formal, non-formal and informal music education strategies and how they can reflect the Seoul agenda in a European environment.
