Film Festival At Wiener Rathausplatz | 4 July - 6 September 2015 | Vienna,  The open-air Film Festival in front of Vienna's City Hall, the biggest event of its kind worldwide, is knocking on the door. This year in its 25th edition! We are heading for 65 summer nights with a selection of outstanding films featuring classical, jazz, world and pop music alongside with classical ballet and contemporary dance.

IMZ At Classical:NEXT - Review | 20 - 23 May 2015 | Rotterdam, The Netherlands Classical:NEXT, the annual fair for professionals in the classical music industry, has gathered almost 1,000 participants from 45 countries during its 4 days of expo, conferences, concerts and video screenings. The new location, Rotterdam's De Doelen Concert and Congress Centre, will also be the venue for the Classical:NEXT 2016.

The Arthaus Musik Releases June 2015: Leos Janácek - Jenufa (DVD & Blu-ray)-ARTHAUS MUSIK -Jenufa, still Janácek's most successful and most often performed opera, is a musical study of the social milieu. Christof Loy moves the action of Jan&aacutecek's drama, revolving around the strict sacristan who drowns her stepdaughter Jenufa's illegitimate child for fear of gossip and concern for her future, to a bare white room in which the passage of the seasons is only hinted.

David Zinman And Julia Fischer Perform Dvor&aacutek, Martin And Beethoven C - MAJOR ENTERTAINMENT - This concert was quite a special occasion for Julia Fischer, who was presented with the Martin Medal of the Bohuslav Martin Foundation following the concert in the Rudolfinum in Prague. Julia Fischer had just thrilled her audience with her interpretation of Martin's Violin Concerto.

Rolando Villazón Staged La Traviata - C MAJOR ENTERTAINMENT- Olga Peretyatko (Violetta), Atalla Ayan (Alfredo) and Ludovic Tézier (Giorgio Germont) are singing and acting in a "circus of life" within a wonderful cast. Balthasar-Neumann-Chor, Balthasar-Neumann-Ensemble and conductor Pablo Heras-Casado are performing, playing and singing in terms of a historically informed Verdi sound.

Christian Thielemann: Bruckner 4 & 9 - C MAJOR ENTERTAINMENT - The Bruckner symphonies cycle with the Sächsische Staatskapelle Dresden under their principal conductor Christian Thielemann continues and is to be produced over the course of several years - a living monument of musical architecture, recorded at Festspielhaus Baden-Baden.

Iolanta/Duke Bluebeard's Castle And The Merry Widow: From The Met Live In HD Series -CLASART CLASSIC- Clasart Classic presents two highlights from the current Met live in HD series: An intriguing double bill, consisting of the enchanting fairy tale Iolanta, followed by the erotic psychological thriller Duke Bluebeard's Castle, and Leh&aacuter's effervescent operetta The Merry Widow.

The One Shot Concert - A Flight through the Orchestra - EUROARTS MUSIC INTERNATIONAL- A new visual form of recording a classical concert in the 21st century. The Deutsche Symphonie-Orchester Berlin under Tugan Sokhiev plays Johannes Brahms, Symphony No. 2 in D Major from the Old Power Station Kraftwerk Rummelsburg, Berlin.

52nd ITF Golden Prague Competition | 30 Sep - 3 Oct 2015 | New Stage of the National Theatre | Prague, Czech Republic - ITF GOLDEN PRAGUE - Here we go with some updates regarding the ITF Golden Prague competition: Call for programme submissions is open now. And the 2015 festival website has been launched: with entry forms, regulations and everything else.

Gala Of The Lipizzaners: 450 Years Spanish Riding School - Live from Vienna - SERVUSTV - In 2015, the Spanish Riding School is going to celebrate its 450th anniversary with a number of festivities. Glittering highlight will be the gala performance at Vienna's Heldenplatz in front of the Austrian Presidency on 26 June 2015.

Projects In Production: Documentary About The Island Gozo -SOUNDING IMAGES- In coproduction with NDR/ARTE and funded by Nordmedia, Sounding Images realises a documentary about the small island Gonzo, where a fierce singing contest is taking place.

Documentary Survival Artists -SOUNDING IMAGES- Sounding Images ZDF/ARTE documentary Survival Artists follows musicians that shift between money earning jobs and art.

Audience Award For Kinshasa Symphony At The St Etienne Film Festival -SOUNDING IMAGES- The Sounding Images documentatary Kinshasa Symphony, that is telling the story of the Congolese Symphony Orchestra, receives its 25th prize winning the audience award at the St. Etienne film festival.

Peter And The Vegetarian Wolf: Completion June 2015 -WINDROSE- Peter and the Vegetarian Wolf, based on the most famous classical music score for children is a funny innovative performance. It modernizes the work by Sergei Prokofiev with musicians and actors on stage interacting with animated characters portraying the wolf, the bird, the duck, the cat and the hunters on big screens. Conducted by Diego Basso and shot in Trevisio Teatri e Umanesimo Latino.
