Registration

During registration, BplusC harp teacher Sabine Meijers will play in the hall. 

Sabine Meijers

Sabine Meijers (1975) studied the harp during High school at the Young Talent Department of the ‘Brabants Conservatorium’ in Tilburg with Ernestine Stoop. After graduation she was admitted to the Royal Conservatory of the Hague where she studied with Edward Witsenburg & Ernestine Stoop. Sabine concluded her classical training at Codarts, Academy for Music and Dance in Rotterdam, where she studied with Godelieve Schrama, Sarah O'Brien and Saskia Kingma. In addition to her musical studies, she graduated from the Management of Arts & Culture certificate program at the Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2009. Sabine is a harp teacher at BplusC  in Leiden and Capelle a/d IJssel, and in her private practice. She also gives basic jazz, blues and improvisation workshops together with Brenda Dor-Groot. In June of 2006, Sabine and Brenda founded the Dutch Jazz Harp Foundation, soon followed by the iJHF in 2007.
