| Our confirmed Inspirational Keynote Speakers will be featured in the sessions dedicated to the following Music Rights: |

► Second Right - Music Education for all
This session explores the right for all children and adults to learn musical languages and skills from a social justice perspective. |
| |
► Third Right - Musical Involvement for all
This session looks at involvement in music in various ways, it is related to creation, preservation, to know music and to have access to knowledge on music. |
| |
► Fourth Right - Artistry Development and Communication through all Media with proper Facilities
This session promises to bring an insight on a global persperctive of how individuals engage with music making and focuses on opportunities for all musical artists. |

| Speakers from five continents, younger and older, female & male will join our inspirational keynote speakers and will share their experiences to inspire all of us to work together towards stronger Music Rights for all. |

Third Right with Arn Chorn Pond
|
| |
| Arn Chorn-Pond grew up in Cambodia during the Khmer Rouge regime. Sent to a child labor camp and forced to play propaganda music, he was later adopted by Reverend Peter Pond and moved to Vermont. After attending Brown University and graduating from Providence College, he returned to Cambodia on a mission to find the legacy of his family. On this trip, the Cambodian Masters Performers Project, now Cambodian Living Arts, was born. Arn is an IMC Music Rights Champion. |

Fourth Right with Huda I. Alkhamis-Kanoo
|

| Huda I. Alkhamis-Kanoo is a philanthropist who has dedicated her life to inspiring artists to create, generations to innovate and communities to unite and prosper. She worked tirelessly to found the Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Foundation (ADMAF) in 1996 and is also the Artistic Director of the jewel in its crown, the Abu Dhabi Festival, which she established in 2004. |

| Dr. Sarmast is the founder and director of the Afghanistan National Institute of Music (ANIM). He is an advocate for music education and strong believer in the power of music as a force in bringing about social changes, transforming lives, and connecting nations and civilisations. |

Give me Five! The Five Music Rights in Action
6th World Forum on Music
| Organised by the International Music Council (IMC) in cooperation with the European Music Council (EMC) & with NAMM as major partner event, the World Forum on Music (WFM) will take place from Saturday, 28 September until Tuesday 1 October in La Bellevilloise in Paris, France. The WFM is also supported by CISAC as Session Partner and the UNESCO Participation Programme. |

The World Forum on Music is conceived as an influential global platform for sharing knowledge about music and society in the 21st century, a platform that explores a variety of topics from different perspectives: cultural, political and economic.
A non-commercial initiative, the forum allows musicians, managers, festival directors, academics, educators, activists, policy makers, government officials and other professionals of the global music sector to engage in high-level interdisciplinary discussions and brainstorm together on guidelines for action. |
