More than 100 music sector stakeholders and representatives from the European Parliament and European Commission gathered in Brussels on March 21st to celebrate the launch of the European Agenda for Music. A powerful confirmation of the European music sector’s desire to join together in the promotion of a common cause, the EAM details which directions to pursue in order to ensure a strong, fair, innovative and diverse music sector in a rapidly changing world.

Sign the Campaign: Supporting Culture is Supporting Europe!

The EMC has signed the manifesto of Culture Action Europe calling on the European Institutions and Member States to recognise the EU added value of cultural investment and translate it into sufficient support in the next EU budget.
Boosting the EU Culture Budget
The EMC and 69 other organisations from across Europe’s cultural and creative sectors called on the EU to give a significant boost to its culture budget.

Beethoven Pastorale

Join the BEETHOVEN PASTORAL PROJECT and perform your version of Beethoven’s Pastorale to take a stand against global warming.
#Ode2Joy Challenge
Europa Nostra and Maestro Plácido Domingo invite everybody to participate: Perform the original score of Beethoven’s Ode to Joy or create your own version and do this at a heritage site which matters to you.
