The European Music Council coordinated a project with 9 partners with the aim to develop free training for music professionals. We are proud to release these developed tools, guidelines & online training on how to transform one's career with music!

Shared Training Activities for Music Professionals responds to a need voiced by professionals in the music sector for greater professional training based on the lifelong learning process and aimed at
 
• Producing tools to develop one's entrepreneurial skills through workshop models, guidelines, handbooks and online course for mentors and trainers
• Improving employability and entrepreneurship within the music sector in Central, Eastern and South Eastern Europe by offering networking opportunities and workshops.

The European Music Council (EMC) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the development and promotion of all kinds of music and to being involved in the fields of music education, creation, performance, documentation, management, publishing and heritage in Europe.
The EMC contributes to a better understanding amongst people about their different cultures and promotes the right of different musical cultures to coexist.
