The conference will once again take place in the vibrant surrounding of a European Capital of Culture, as Riga has been awarded the title in 2014 with activities still ongoing at the time of the forum. With Latvia also holding the Presidency of the Council of the European Union until the end of June 2015, there is arguably no better place to organise this years’ gathering of the European music sector than in Riga.
