Irina Lucan-Arjoca

Irina Lucan-Arjoca is a specialist in copyright and related rights, with over 20 years of experience in public administration, legislative development and institutional management in the field of intellectual property.

She held senior positions at the Romanian Copyright Office (ORDA), including Deputy Director General, coordinating European affairs, international relations and the harmonisation of national legislation with the European acquis. She represented Romania in EU institutions and international organisations such as WIPO, UNESCO and WTO, and contributed to the finalisation of Directive (EU) 2019/790 on copyright in the Digital Single Market during the Romanian Presidency of the Council of the EU.

Her expertise includes licence negotiation, anti-piracy measures, regulatory development and international projects on intellectual property protection. She has also worked as an expert and trainer in European technical assistance projects, including educational initiatives on copyright recognised by EUIPO and WIPO.

Anna Tiszolczi-Bertalan

Anna Tiszolczi-Bertalan has been with the Budapest Festival Orchestra since 2017 and currently serves as Head of Marketing and Audience Relations. She leads the orchestra’s data-driven digital transformation, audience development, and communication and marketing strategies. Under her leadership, the BFO has achieved record results, including a 75% increase in ticket revenue between 2022 and 2025, alongside sustained growth in season ticket sales.

The Budapest Festival Orchestra is recognised among the world’s top ten symphony orchestras and was named Gramophone’s Orchestra of the Year in 2022. Known for its acclaimed recordings, international tours and innovative concert formats, the BFO continues to reach audiences worldwide.

Anna studied International Relations at Corvinus University of Budapest and Political Science at Boğaziçi University in Istanbul. Before joining the BFO, she spent ten years at Procter & Gamble, developing her managerial and project management expertise across a nine-country region. A violinist herself, she enjoys playing chamber music with her quartet.

Irene Calvís Rovira

Irene Calvís Rovira is Responsable LiceuApropa at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona. Born in Barcelona, she holds a degree in Art History from the University of Barcelona and a Master’s in Tourism and Leisure Management from ESADE.

Her career has focused on cultural management, artistic production and the performing arts. After working in cultural mediation and theatre production, she joined the Gran Teatre del Liceu in 2002, where she has held roles in Public Relations and Protocol, Patronage, and Venue Management.

Since 2014, she has led the LiceuApropa social programme, and since 2018 she has coordinated Opera Prima, developing initiatives that connect opera with social inclusion, accessibility and community engagement.
