EMC Webinar on EU cultural policy - part II – A new EU Parliament and a proposed college for the EU Commission, what to expect?

This follow-up of the EMC’s webinar on EU cultural policy took a look at the latest updates since the elections to the European Parliament in June:

  • the changes in the European Parliament
  • the new Committee for Culture and Education
  • the recent announcement of the new College of Commissioners

It highlighted some of the main cultural policy topics that the Commission has outlined for this new term and looked at the ongoing mid-term evaluation of the Creative Europe programme.
