All EMC members are invited to participate in the EMC Annual Meeting (AM), taking place on Wednesday, 5 June 2024 in Sofia, Bulgaria ahead of the 12^th European Forum on Music - Equity in Music. You can register for the Annual Meeting below.

In case you are not able to participate in the AM in Sofia, you can appoint a delegate from another member organisation to vote on your behalf. To do this, you can download the proxy form here.

The proxy form duly filled in needs to be returned via email to info@emc-imc.org by 31 May 2024 at 15:00 CEST. Please do consult beforehand with the person/organisation you have in mind to make sure that they are able and willing to take your proxy. You will find a list of EMC members here.
