Fostering Gender Equality among Music Creators

In November 2024, ECSA published its Report on Gender Equality: "Fostering Gender Equality among Music Creators”, written in collaboration with its Working Group on Diversity and Inclusion. Drawing on past efforts and initiatives from both within and beyond ECSA’s membership, the report provides seven recommendations for enhancing gender equality and stimulate discussions.

These recommendations aim to serve as guidelines that can be tailored and implemented across ECSA’s network, and to stimulate a discussion around Diversity and Inclusion.
